Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Sky Holdings, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because we feature products from third-party suppliers and partners, refund and return policies may vary depending on the seller. Please carefully review the return and refund terms of the product’s original vendor before completing your purchase.

Our general guideline: refund and return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we may not be able to guarantee a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Some products, such as personal care items, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If rejected, the reason will be provided.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—refund posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—some processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, depending on the seller’s policy. Please email us at admin@skyholdings.site if you need help initiating an exchange request.


Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit (depending on the seller). Otherwise, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
